Eliris olive oil is a multi awarded Single Estate, organic high polyphenol olive oil. It is a field blend of 6 Greek olive varieties, distinctive and aromatic with a complex character.

Fruity and peppery flavour, perfectly balanced with good bitterness. Harvested early October for greater flavour and nutritional benefits.
